These Terms govern your use of LotVideo at lotvideo.app (the "Service"), operated by FW Consulting Corp ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18+ and authorized to act for your dealership. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
LotVideo helps dealership staff record guided vehicle walkarounds and upload them to the dealership's Google Drive. Features may change over time.
You retain ownership of vehicle data and videos you create ("Your Content"). You grant LotVideo a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the Service (e.g., transferring videos to your Drive).
When you connect Google Drive, you authorize LotVideo to create a folder and upload your walkaround videos using the drive.file scope. You can disconnect at any time. Storage limits, sharing, and access of files inside your Drive are governed by Google's terms.
Don't (a) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; (b) attempt to breach security or reverse engineer the Service; (c) use the Service to record people without legally required consent; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without permission.
If a paid plan applies, fees and billing terms will be presented at sign-up. Taxes (including GST/PST where applicable) are your responsibility.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FW Consulting Corp and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) CAD $100.
You will indemnify FW Consulting Corp against claims arising from Your Content or your misuse of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Vancouver, BC have exclusive jurisdiction.
